The design objective of the store was to maximize merchandise display within its available square footage.

I Love LA is an airport retail project in Rivers & Christian’s portfolio that exemplifies a strong store brand identity that satisfies all the challenges and requirements that come with building in an airport. The contrast of a monochromatic material palate with colorful pops of graphic elements synthesize design and function with use requirements and needs. The design objective of the store was to maximize merchandise display within its available square footage, therefore Rivers & Christian created a colorful extruded ceiling to anchor the store’s identity that would not impact the merchandise areas along the floor and walls
